Our online fitness classes are designed to fit into your busy schedule, offering 30-minute full-body workouts that you can join from anywhere in the world. Classes are held three times a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 AM (before work or school run) and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Occasionally, class times may shift to Mondays and Wednesdays, but you’ll always be notified in advance. These workouts are moderate to low intensity, perfect for mums and women over 40. No equipment is needed, and all you need is a laptop or mobile device to join via Zoom. We keep the classes fresh by targeting different muscle groups each week, such as legs on Tuesday, upper body on Thursday, and abs on Saturday.
